Batjee Terms & Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Batjee ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). Batjee is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

Batjee supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: Deposits start from as low as ৳10.
• Maximum deposit: The daily maximum deposit limit depends on your account verification level.
• Withdrawal Timeframe: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100.
• Verification required: Identity verification is required before processing large withdrawals.
• Refund via same method: Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the original deposit.

If a suspicious transaction is detected, Batjee reserves the right to freeze withdrawals on the relevant account until an investigation is complete. Where evidence of money laundering or fraud is found, the matter will be reported to law enforcement authorities.

• Wagering requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the applicable wagering requirement, which is generally 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set validity period. If the conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus will expire.
• One bonus at a time: It is generally not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• Misuse Prohibited: Bonus abuse and bonus hunting are strictly prohibited.
• Right to Modify: Batjee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

• Bet Acceptance: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Technical Issues: If a bet is left incomplete due to server or connectivity issues, Batjee will resolve the matter at its own discretion.

• RNG Games: The outcomes of all slots and casino games are governed entirely by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

If a technical error results in an incorrect payout, Batjee reserves the right to correct the discrepancy, including recouping any amount already paid out.

Batjee is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited, and any account found engaging in them will be suspended immediately.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bots or automation: Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Collusion: Collusion between multiple players to gain an unfair advantage over one another.
• Chargeback fraud: Filing a false chargeback with a payment provider after a deposit.

• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• When required by a court order or law enforcement authority.
• Members may request to close their account at any time.

Members who wish to close their account must notify the support team by email. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before closure; however, if the account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Batjee believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. We place the highest priority on responsible gaming.

• Deposit Limit: Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
